My story

As a product designer dedicated to creating social impact, I began my journey at a design studio in the Indian Himalayan region where the mountainous terrain poses unique challenges and opportunities for the Sikkimese people. Working on the field, I collaborated closely with stakeholders, applying design-led innovation to sustainable development projects in education and rural employment. This formative experience deepened my appreciation for context-driven design and its power to create meaningful, real-world solutions through thoughtful innovation.

Motivated by the transformative role of technology in driving social impact, I pursued a Master’s in Interaction Design at the School of Visual Arts (2022–2024) in NYC. This program sharpened my skills in UX design, research, and strategy, enabling me to tackle complex problems with a user-centered approach.

Today, I craft end-to-end UX/UI solutions with a deep understanding of user needs and strategic business insights. I thrive on solving meaningful challenges, designing impactful products that bridge the gap between people and technology.

Design beyond screens

My multidisciplinary background and product development experience help me navigate the intersections of people, products, and business, enriching my UX design practice.
